We Take Safety Seriously

Whether playing in the schoolyard or on a tour to Quebec City, you need to know your students are safe.  Brightspark has minimized the worry of health and safety while on tour for you.  Our Safety Management System is in place to manage safety for transportation, accommodation, tour leaders, meals, attractions, and night security of all tours.

Brightspark maintains arrangements to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of all its clients, employees and others who may be affected by our tour.

Brightspark aims to:

  • Promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Effectively control risks and prevent harm
  • Ensure a planned approach to the management of health and safety
  • Establish best health and safety practices

Brightspark ensures:

  • Travel related risks are adequately assessed
  • Effective measures exist for planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring and reviewing preventative and protective measures
  • All available resources are used to assess safety, from company databases to conversations with our suppliers
  • Clients are provided with information on risks and the preventative/protective measures available to control these risks, for example, zip lining – super fun, but helmets and harness must be worn

We work diligently to minimize and control risks and ensure safety at all times.  Travel with your students knowing that your Brightspark tour is as safe as we can possibly make it!
