Explore the stars using the resources available through the National Aeronautics and Space Administration – a.k.a. NASA! On their Youtube page, they offer an amazing livestream from the International Space Station, where you take a look at Earth from a whole new perspective. BECOME AN AMATEUR ZOOLOGIST!
Take a walk on the wild side and explore the resources created by the Cincinnati Zoo! On their website, Youtube, and Facebook page, you can find livestreams and videos giving a sneak peek into the lives of some of your favourite creatures. My favourite is the series on the adorable Fiona, the baby hippo! The series talks about her growth, feeding, and environment. A great way to learn and check in on some adorable friends.
BECOME AN OVERALL EXPERT!
So many museums are offering virtual tours and online learning materials, which is awesome! Take the opportunity to check out the American Museum of Natural History’s Ology science website, which provides games and activities covering everything from archaeology to astronomy.
