Brightspark Tour Leaders. This dedicated team of university, college students and avid travellers works tirelessly on our front lines to bring the joy of travel to every one of our passengers. Not only are they knowledgeable about our destinations, they also excel at keeping students engaged and solving problems on the go. Our Tour Leaders are so great that last season, 94% of our clients rated their tour leader very good or excellent on their post-tour evaluations.

 Every year, we hire and train more Brightspark Tour Leaders. If you know of someone who loves to travel, has experience working with youth, and has excellent leadership and public speaking skills, please encourage them to apply.
