You need to be able to send your child on their Brightspark trip knowing everything is covered, and that’s what we’re here to do. Our years of experience and our commitment to your child’s safety are important, but what is more important is you being comfortable sending your child on this trip from the time the trip is announced until they get off the bus on their return.

Information & Registration

Be informed about about your child's trip and attend our Parent Information Evening where we’ll present the trip and answer your questions. We offer online registration and payments via credit card or online banking to keep the registraton simple. If you have problems with this process, our customer service team is available to help.

Parent Support

Tell us about your child’s dietary restrictions, allergies or special needs, and we’ll take care of it. We also offer you the most comprehensive travel insurance to cover your child and your financial investment. We’ll even provide you with a suggested packing list so you don’t worry they’ve forgotten something. Still have questions? Just give us a call!
